Data and purposes
The form collects the information entered and security data in order to answer the enquiry and prevent abuse.
Processing and security
Data is sent to the site’s PHP script and stored in a protected SQLite database. CSRF tokens, prepared queries, validation, honeypot and rate limiting are used.
Recipients and transfers
Data is available to authorised personnel through the protected area and to appointed technical providers. No external form collection service is used.
Retention
The controller must define the period; data must then be deleted or anonymised.
Rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, withdraw consent where applicable and lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
